These health documentaries are incredibly popular, and yet they’re absolutely terrible sources of health information. They rely on dodgy science, biased sources, and exaggerated claims, and they are making us feel worse for it. Health documentaries are, ironically, bad for our health. We’ve had enough. And so we’ve decided to put our blood pressure on the line, watch these documentaries and analyse the claims they make, so you don’t have to.
Each month will focus on a particular documentary, with weekly episodes of around 30 minutes. We’ll delve into the claims and advice, telling listeners which ones are accurate, which ones are iffy, and which ones are just plain bullshit. Expect angry rants, hilarious take-downs, and an education that’ll help you fight your cousin who just went keto and won’t shut up about it.
