Nutrition Services

Whether you have a specific health goal in mind, want to improve your relationship with food, or if you simply want to find out more about what and how to eat well, booking a consultation can help you achieve this.

Pixie is a Nutrition Counsellor with several years’ experience in a variety of nutrition-related issues. Sessions are available in our Wimbledon clinic, or via Zoom for those further afield.

These are some of the areas Pixie works in. Even if your concern isn’t listed she may still be able to help. Just scroll down to the contact form and let her know what she can help you with.

Please note that currently Pixie is fully booked has a short waitlist. You can add yourself to this waitlist here.

Disordered Eating

If you feel your relationship with food isn’t ideal, if you have food anxieties or food fears, if you have very black-and-white rules around food, or if you find yourself preoccupied with food for much of your day, we can help with this.

We will explore your food history, try to understand where your thoughts about food may have originated from, and use a variety of strategies to get you to a place where food is something to be enjoyed and celebrated.

Intuitive Eating

Intuitive Eating is a semi-structured program that helps you break up with the diet mentality, ditch the food rules, and honour your body’s natural hunger and fullness signals.

IE is especially suited to chronic dieters who are sick of going on one diet after the next and want to try something different, something that focuses on health, not weight.

We have all trained at the London Centre for Intuitive Eating.

Emotional Eating

Eating because you’re stressed, bored, lonely, or angry is part of being human. It is normal.

We eat in response to strong emotions because it works. However, when food is your only coping mechanism for dealing with these emotions, it can feel problematic.

We can help you develop additional tools to manage your emotions, whilst not demonising the important role that food can play.

Counselling/Psychotherapy

As a counsellor and psychotherapist, Pixie can help with a variety of mental health concerns. This includes those related to food and body image, such as eating disorders, or beyond, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relationship issues.
Clients are offered a weekly appointment at the same time, on the same day every week. These sessions are open-ended, until you decide you are ready to leave.

Diet Optimisation

Aiming to run a marathon?
Dealing with gut symptoms?
Navigating the menopause?
Becoming vegan?
Or simply feel your diet isn’t quite where you’d like it to be?

We can help you understand what nutrients you may be lacking, what foods you may wish to include, and how to do this whilst still enjoying your food!
